At Kubero Estimating Services ("Kubero", "we", "us"), we recognize that architectural drawing sets, addenda, subcontractor pricing models, and bidding strategies are sensitive commercial trade assets. We adhere to the following principles:
- No Secondary Distribution: Project drawings, specifications, and files submitted to Kubero are used exclusively for measuring and generating your takeoff deliverables. They are never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.
- No Cross-Competitor Bidding: We never disclose project participation or share takeoff measurements between competing subcontractors bidding on the same general contract.
- Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): We are prepared to execute your company’s standard bilateral NDA prior to receiving drawings.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with our website or submit plans for a takeoff proposal, we may collect:
- Contact details: Name, company name, business email address, phone number, and physical billing address.
- Project information: Drawing files (PDF, ZIP, CAD), bid due dates, cloud folder URLs (Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Procore), and project notes.

3. Data Retention & Secure File Storage
Project files are stored in access-controlled environments used strictly by authorized estimating staff. Drawing files are retained for the duration of your project bidding and construction phase (typically 12 months) to support post-bid addenda or field clarifications, after which files are securely archived or purged upon request.

We use minimal cookies and analytics tools solely to understand website navigation flow and conversion bottlenecks. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking networks.
